The principals of Air Law Options Ltd are Kerry Murphy and Sarah Frith who between them have more than twenty years' experience in the aviation business. We are both non-practising solicitors who, after working in private practice, joined TNT as in-house lawyers with responsibility for all legal matters relating to TNT's aircraft fleet. We have experience in the following general areas:

• The finance, leasing, registration and operation of aircraft in Europe and Asia (liaising with operational, financial and fiscal personnel).
   
• The purchase and sale of aircraft and airlines.
   
• The setting-up of airlines in Europe and Asia.

• EC regulations and directives concerning traffic rights, licensing and registration.
   
• Aircraft and airline liability insurance, ensuring compliance with lease and regulatory authority requirements.
